The 88-year-old Hans Börg grew up in Kronach in Upper Franconia. He worked as an art professor in Cologne and Duisburg. He likes to read in the living room on the ground floor.
The door was cut out of the former water boiler and a floor was put in. Many exhibitions were held here with art students and artist friends.
